Portal Feeder Review: The PortalFeeder Make Money Forum
Sunday, April 12th, 2009Here is a brief Portal Feeder review by Rosie Cottis focusing in on only one minor aspect: the Portal Feeder forum … which must be the best internet marketing forum in the world.
Since I quit my day job to make money on the web full time from home in the summer of 2005, I have spent literally thousands of dollars on ebooks, videos and training. None of this was totally a waste of money - I discovered something from everything I bought.
And yet, just about all of the *useful* information that I have ever found out has come through the Portal Feeder forum. I do not mean that the other things that I learned were useless, of course … just that I did not use them, mostly because they were not useful to me at the time.
The Portal Feeder forum seems to have a special kind of ‘magic dust’, giving me information that I do actually make money from.
The atmosphere is very positive too - not like certain other home based business forums. There are a lot of knowledgeable marketers and you can ask practically any question and be pointed towards something you can use. You will not see people desperately trying to promote their affiliate links either.
There is a mentor system and there are mentors in the forum just about every day. And the official support team are the best I have ever encountered.
But one of the best things about it that I have never seen on any other IM forum is that you receive a summary each Saturday that points you to the most interesting discussions in the forum during that week. So you save tons of time, and you know you won’t miss something important. You can just spend an hour or so at the weekend and catch up.
The only negative about the Portal Feeder forum is the Search button, which is, to be honest, not great. It can be very annoying to suddenly want a recommendation for site backup software, for example, that you KNOW you saw in a forum post a few weeks ago, and then not to be able to find it. So until they improve this, you can just make sure to bookmark all the most useful discussions when you are going through the weekly summary.
Portal Feeder began as a state of the art site building tool for niche site owners who wanted to establish a virtual real estate empire, but it has now branched out way beyond that so that now it has something to offer every type of internet based business.
Often Portal Feeder is closed to new members and the forum is a cosy place, like family. Then they open the doors and we have a rush of new blood. It’s an exciting time! If you are lucky, you will find it open right now. If not, be sure to join the early bird notification list so that you will hear as soon as it opens up again.
I recommend you join … and when you do, be sure that you make full use of the Portal Feeder forum.
Note: the forum is just a small part of all that is available to you inside Portal Feeder. You can read Rosie Cottis’s full Portal Feeder review here.
